If you are planning a backyard worth building once, let's talk.
Kelly meets you at the property to take the design brief, measure the lot, and study elevations and setbacks. Seven to ten days later, you meet again to review the custom design and detailed proposal, before any contract is signed. The first site visit is complimentary.
