Bruce and Brian built my pool over a year ago. Although rare today, they did what they said they would do, when they would do it, for the amount they said it would be. The pool has required very little maintenance due to their design specs.

I received estimates from two other reputable pool companies and chose Atlantis because they did the actual work, built very nice pools, and were very competitive with their pricing. I actually visited other pools that they built and talked to former customers and was blown away.

Everyone that sees my pool tells me that we have the most beautiful pool that they have ever seen. I agree.
As I am currently designing a pool for my new place, I will certainly hope to use Atlantis again.

Being the owner of Cherokee Tire Service and have been in the tire business for 32 years, we have had the opportunity to deal with a lot of people. The first time we met Bruce we could tell he was a man of integrity and someone we could trust.

We didn’t think it was possible to have a pool because our backyard had such a steep slope in it, but Bruce said “not a problem”.

Bruce and Brian were there every step of the way. Telling us what would be going on ahead of time so that we would know what to expect. They were always available to answer any questions or concerns we might of had.

The rock work that was done on our pool is nothing that we have ever seen. Each rock was sculpted and placed one rock at a time. Those guys were great and it turned out beautiful!

All the crews that work for them were all very professional and performed their work with the pride.

Miguel, the landscaper turned our already gorgeous pool into a tropical paradise.

Thank goodness it did not take Bruce and Brian as long to complete the pool as it did for me to write this review. We knew we wanted a pool but we were afraid because of all the horror stories you hear from other people. We met with Bruce and he helped us design a pool to fit our yard and our dream. We started construction in October 2007 and by the end of November 2007 construction was complete. Bruce and Brian kept us informed all during the process. They were always willing to answer any questions. All of the people that worked on the pool were very professional and great to work with. I appreciate all the referrals to other contractors that Bruce recommended also for other work such as landscaping. This is our second summer using our pool and we could not be happier. I highly recommend Atlantis Pools to anyone considering putting in a pool. They are great!

When we began our pool project, we spent months researching about pools and interviewed half a dozen pool companies, both big and small. We read reviews on multiple web sites about each company, and checked references. Atlantis came up again and again as the best company to use. We are happy to confirm that our experience is just as outstanding as the many other reviews we read. From start to finish, Bruce and Brian were delightful to work with. Bruce presented a two tiered design that we loved. He went out of his way to help us get a permit. The entire project was completed within 8 weeks as committed. There were no hidden charges. In fact, there was not a single snag throughout the entire project. Not only is the pool beautifully built, but our entire backyard has been transformed. Even after the completion, whenever we have a question about pool maintenance, Brian always responded immediately. You may think that their initial price is higher than some other pool companies, but when you do a detailed comparison of what they do and the equipment they put in, it is the truly best value you can find. We cannot say enough good things about Atlantis.

I had a pool put in by Atlantis in March 2008. One year my Step father was helping me out and the Pump froze. (this was our fault although we didn’t know it at first) Paul came out to see if he could help. He told me what we had to do, he even helped and it worked.

This year our pool just stopped pushing water really good. I thought boy, I have to clean the filters. So we did and that didn’t work. I thought for sure it was my fault (mind you we don’t take care of the pool like we should) and I though I was going to have to have a new motor. Well Paul and his Pool Service man came out and they quickly assessed the situation, took the pump apart right there and fixed it and they didn’t even charge me. Two Guys taking about 1.5 hours our of their day to help me that is what I call service!!! I didn’t expect it, I didn’t think I deserved it, but they did it and made me feel like I really DID choose the right company again.

I consider myself a low maintenance customer. I don’t ask for much, I figure it out myself, I am not a nag when it comes to the details. It is good that they are very thourough in the set up, they pick the best parts, they know the parts very well. I just can’t say enough about how I have seen them go the extra mile for me. THANK YOU ATLANTIS!!

The decision to put a pool in your back yard is no doubt a big decision. We interviewed several pool companies followed up by checking with The Better Business Bureau. That is where you will find the difference with pool companies. There were issues, some unresolved listed with the BBB for the companies we had interviewed. That is when my husband found Atlantis Pools, they had no issues what-so-ever. We decided to interview one more company. From the first day we met Bruce and when we saw one of their completed pools we knew there was no other choice. We could not have made a better decision, every part of the project was done with so much professionalism and attention to detail. Bruce and/or Brian actually out there in the mud at the most critical parts of the building was pretty unbelievable. The pool was completed on time and on budget, no surprises and far exceeded our expectations. The quality and beauty go unmissed by everyone who has seen the pool. The magic really came when Miguel (the landscaper Bruce recommended) transformed our backyard into a beautiful retreat. Miguel listened to what plants we liked, what kind of feel we wanted the backyard to have and then he made suggestions as to what would work best where. It took only two days to transform an ugly flat muddy yard with a beautiful pool into a work of art. I have to mention, Miguels clean up was beyond unbelievable. He told me that we shouldn’t have to do anything but sit back and enjoy the pool!

Bruce and Brian are a pleasure to work with. They are honest, very hard working, and detail oriented. We interviewed numerous pool companies before selecting Atlantis Pools and Spas. Among our key selection criteria were quality, service, and knowledge. Bruce, co-owner, knows more about pool building than everyone else we spoke with combined! (not kidding). Bruce listened to us describe our dream pool and built it within our set budget. There were no hidden costs and no surprises. Except, perhaps that our pool & spa have far exceeded our expectations!! It is the perfect pool/spa for our family and we have created a backyard space great for entertaining. Our backyard now looks like an oasis thanks to Miguel’s landscaping talents. While you can select any landscaper, we highly recommend talking to the person Bruce recommends – Miguel. He is very reasonable and has an excellent, hard working crew that will complete the job on time. We have nothing but praise for the Atlantis Pool and Spas team. Bruce took us to see other pools that he built prior to our final selections. Everyone that we talked to had the same things to say – honest, great service, on time and on budget. You can’t ask for more!

If you have been doing what my wife and I did in researching for someone reputable before making that scary large purchase of a pool, you can stop with these guys…they are as good as you will find. Experience, ability, expeditious, quality…absolutely…but equally if not much more important to us was their integrity. For Deb and I we were very insecure with the pool business people we were meeting…each experience feeling like another used car salesperson. Well I am here to say after dealing with Bruce and Brian, you can relax and know you will get everything they say and more. I have been dealing with them 2+ years after the install of my pool and it still feels like the pool was installed yesterday whenever I call either of them…right there with any concern or question…it is simply one of the best customer service experiences we have ever had. If it has anything to do with the pool business…stop here with Atlantis…your search is over. Our home pool project broke ground on the morning of October 2nd with the outline and excavation. The pool was amazingly completed on 10/31/07 with the Sundek patio finish. But we were actually swimming in our pool the week prior. Bruce and Brian of Atlantis Pools and Spas of GA have done an awesome job with every phase of the project. They are simply the best in town. They hire the very best subcontractors and are on-site to check on every phase of the build. These guys don’t mind getting there hands dirty either. Their crews work hard and start early. Bruce and Brian are honest guys and easy to work with. They are great communicators and reachable anytime of the day for questions or concerns. Call the other pool builders if you like. But please make sure to call Bruce Todd when looking for a competent Pool Builder you can trust and depend on.
