We recently had Atlantis do major renovations on our pool and deck. These guys were awesome. The removed part of our sinking deck, repoured a new section and created more pool deck. In addition they repaired the inside of the plaster pool and then applied pebble tech. It was incredible. They are not the cheapest but they did more than a top notch job, were there exactly when promised and delivered above and beyond what they promised. You could NEVER go wrong using Atlantis Pool and Spa.

We spent a lot of time talking to various pool companies before meeting Bruce. We immediately felt comfortable and confident that he would provide us with exactly the pool we were hoping to build. In fact, and without any doubt, he has totally surpassed our expectations in every possible way. He is experienced, knowledgeable, honest, caring and professional. The pool was started and built on time with no problems encountered  whatsoever. I totally recommend Atlantis Pools and Spas and have been doing so ever since the first day we met Bruce. Bruce came highly recommended to us and after working with him we know why. He is very knowledgeable about pools, easy to work with and a man of his word. He was very involved with every aspect of our pool. He stayed on his time schedule as promised. I am a business owner also know how important customer service and referrals are. This was our first in-ground pool. Working with Bruce and Atlantis was great. From the time that I met with Bruce for the initial meeting to completion of the pool was easy and painless. The work was done quickly and fully. In less than 2 months from our first meeting, we were swimming. I’ve never had a subcontractor that finished their work so completely. Great work! Also, they have come back twice simply to answer questions and help me with items that I forgot (such as how to change the pump filter).

We have owned our pool for 3 years now and absolutely love it. My husband decided to power wash the Sundeck a few weeks ago and chipped the edges in several places. I called Bruce to find out what we could do to restore the decking. He informed me that the warranty had expired, but he would look into a solution. The next day, Bruce called me back and asked if he could come and look at it. “”Of course””, I said and that afternoon he arrived at my house. He brought over a bucket of Sundek, some tools and proceeded to repair the edges of the deck. Even after 3 years and no warranty, Bruce and Atlantis pools wanted to make sure we were still completely satisfied customers. Thanks Bruce, your service is above the rest!!!!!!

Bruce Todd who owns Atlantis Pools and Spas is terrific. My husband and I have been completely happy with all the aspects of our pool. The stone work is beautiful, the best in town. Bruce is easy to work with and detail oriented. He is there from the beginning till the entire job is completed. He works hard to make the customer happy. He is honest and very hard working. We love the beautiful retreat he has helped us to create in our backyard. Even after our pool was finished we have continued to keep in contact with him for help with landscape ideas to compliment our “”oasis””.
