We looked at several builders to build and design our pool. Out of everyone we talked with, Bruce was the best at taking the time to answer our questions and to work with us to ensure we were getting what we wanted and within our budget. He made several trips out to the house to discuss things and spent several hours each time answering questions and sharing photos, etc. Once we started the build process, Bruce and his team were great to work with. Bruce is there and oversees the dig to ensure that things are laid out just as you had envisioned them. In order to get the slide that we wanted, he went ahead and made the pool 2 feet longer and a foot wider than originally designed. As he stated, no one ever complains that it turns out bigger…….:)

We met with Bruce several times (several hours) to discuss building a pool. We had also met with other contractors but Bruce seemed the most capable of managing our terrain. We had a slope in the backyard and had to have a deck rebuilt last year as a result as everything was sort of pulling away from the house. Bruce was very straight forward and honest with how he could handle our issues. He provided a very fair price. His team has been excellent to work with! Everyone on the team has been extremely helpful. There was someone working here every possible chance. The only delays were due to rain. One of the most impressive things we noticed about Bruce was when we were discussing building a pool with him he gave us a list of people he built pools for. The list was 10 pages long and told us we could call any one of his customers. Wow! We visited 10 homes to look at their pools and review colors, etc. Every single person we spoke with mentioned what a great experience they had with Bruce and his team. We never heard one single negative. One customer told us that he built a pool at the same time that his neighbor did. His neighbors pool took a lot longer to build and his neighbors pool pipes froze up when we had the recent snow and ice storms. This customer did not have any problems at all. Another point is Bruce found ways to save us money by providing several options. Excellent pool and team.
Believe the other 5 star reviews, they are all true. Bruce and the entire Atlantis team are true artists and experts at what they do. We are completely satisfied with the entire process and are loving the new pool.

Upon our corporate relocation to Georgia, we searched for a home with a swimming pool and spa. We have owned homes with pools prior, but have never gone through the process of installing one. When we found our dream home, it did not have a pool, so we started the long process of interviewing pool companies, without the benefit of “word of mouth”, from trusted friends. Installing a pool was a serious financial commitment; it can only be done once, and as a client, you want it done right. Now that we are in our second summer in Georgia, we now have met people with pools, and there are always comments about problems and things they wish would have been done differently. However, none of them have an Atlantis Pool!
Bruce and his team did a fantastic job. From the first visit to the house for a proposal to the final touch of ensuring everything was just perfect. These guys certainly know what they are doing. Everything was on-time, on-budget and better than expected. Communication throughout the project was outstanding. The crews were hard working, polite and always cleaned up each day before leaving. The thing that impressed me the most was during the proposal, I asked Bruce “How are you a pool builder with so many perfect 5 star ratings?” and his answer was “I can’t control every situation, but I can make sure I do what’s right for the customer”. Well said, great ethic to live by and it shows in his work, references and reviews.
We talked about having a pool built for over 6 years. In the fall of 2011 we finally decided to go through with it. After interviewing over 5 different pool companies, we decided on Atlantis Pools. Bruce was the most knowledgeable and informative. Bruce worked with me in regards to every detail and the pool turned out SPECTACULAR! My wife and I will sit out at the pool late at night and “pinch ourselves” that we really did it. The only regret is that we should have done it years earlier. My kids are now 15 and 13, and absolutely love it. Our house is where all the friends come to hang out! Do yourself a favor and talk with Bruce. If he can make it happen for you, he will!
We have been 100% pleased with our pool, landscaping and the overall service we received from Atlantis pools. We researched several pool companies and took our time making our decision, but in the end, the quality pool offered by Atlantis far exceeded the pricing and service offered by any other pool installers. Our back yard has a very steep slope and we worried about difficulties with the grading, water run-off and just the basic aesthetics of what we wanted to be our own little oasis. Atlantis worked with us to lay out our pool, grading and landscaping, and provided exactly what we had envisioned. They were extremely knowledgeable and informative and explained things to us clearly and concisely, so we knew what to expect. They even assisted with the layout of our pool house and provided several excellent suggestions that had not occurred to us. We’ve had MANY compliments on the fountains, the layout, the landscaping, and especially on the concrete stamping and the stonework (their stone masons are artists!) They were extremely easy to work with, and we were very pleased with their weekly progress. Even with the recent deluge of rain in our area, there has been no unwanted run-off or flooding, absolutely 0 problems. We have been SO happy with the results of our decisions to go with Atlantis. We have dreamed about having a pool in our backyard for 18 years. When we decided to start looking for a reputable contractor we were very selective about the companies we asked to bid the project. We met with two other contractors before we met with Bruce. Once we met Bruce our decision was made. He patiently listened and answered all of our questions and concerns. He walked the yard and developed a vision for our pool based on our input and his expertise. He explained the entire process of how the pool would be constructed and what to expect during each phase of the build. Our experience of building our pool with Atlantis Pools and Spas was a dream come true. We knew what we wanted and conveyed our wants and concerns from our first meeting with Bruce. He listened and got back with us with a plan with drawings and prices to give us just what we had asked for. Naturally, we had many questions that were always answered honestly and to the point. We signed a contract and were given a time line that was always right on schedule. All the different phases of construction were completed by workmen professionally who were always willing to explain what was going on and they cleaned up their messes. After an anxious eight weeks of watching all the phases of moving dirt, forming the pool, building a stone wall, and finishing the deck, we were ready to fill it to use. We could not have been happier with our fabulous new backyard pool and spa. We use it everyday and especially love the calming sound of the waterfall. We would highly recommend using Atlantis Pools and Spas because of the ease of doing business with them. Our contact was here everyday checking on the progress which made it the best decision in choosing to build a pool which has turned our backyard into a “Pool Paradise”.
Changing your backyard into a dream vacation spot is a huge investment but after choosing Atlantis Pools our worries were over. We interviewed many pool builders and received many different quotes. The only builder who made you feel like a person and not a paycheck coming into their pockets were Atlantis Pools. Bruce took the time to get to know what we were interested in as well as our cost limit. Even the timeline set in the beginning was true to Bruce’s word. The best part of all is that we have NO regrets with choosing Atlantis Pools or the great landscaper Bruce recommended. I look at my backyard and ask “Why didn’t we do this sooner?”
Have you ever heard the expression, I wish I had listened to my gut? Well, I didn’t and now I’m paying for it dearly. Bruce is truly the best in town, without a question and I regret that I went with the different pool builder to save a few bucks. Since I put my pool in 2 years ago I’ve had nothing but problems with my deck cracking and mastic. In the end, I will end up spending more money for my pool than what Bruce originally quoted. He is a sincere guy who wants to deliver a good quality product. All I can say is that I wish I had trusted my gut. Don’t make the same mistake, you will not regret using Atlantis. Sure, get quotes from other pool builders but you can rest assured that the best product and service will come from Bruce and his team! Trust this from a customer who regrets her decision by not selecting Atlantis but at least Bruce can help me make it right now! 🙂
Brian and his team did a resurfacing of our pool and deck around the pool. They were a pleasure to work with from start to finish. They found and rectified some strange plumbing issues as well that had been causing problems from the initial install of the pool that others had never been able to identify and fix. Every reference, and they supplied hundreds, were positive and told the same story I’m telling now. Need pool work, give them a shout.

After finding our dream home, we wanted to turn our back yard into the yard of our dreams. When we relocated from the Northeast a few years ago my wife and I encountered the best of people and unfortunately the worst when building our home. We chose Atlantis Pools after an extensive search through many pool companies. We ultimately chose Atlantis, even though they were the higher price! However, once you compare the quality of what they offer to the other companies, it actually turns out to be a great value. We started the search thinking we were going with a vinyl pool, but went with Gunite after meeting with Atlantis. They were very helpful in working through the issues with our yard (flood plain, sewer line) to come up with a beautiful design and pool. They are a very hands on company, doing a lot of the work themselves. The crews they send in are all very professional and do quality work. Whenever we had an issue, they were very quick to answer, come back out and immediately address. I highly recommend this company in terms of quality work and customer service.
